Nerd Crew was created by the CTF team "Nerds of Mayhem", which is made up of individuals who use their mad skillz for phun and profit. It was designed as a place where people with common interests, usually in hacking, reversing, coding, CTFs and general mayhem can collaborate, share and exchange information. Nerd Crew is inspired by the hackerspace movement which encourages people to socialize, share knowledge, and work together on projects. Eventually, our goal is to obtain a physical and permanent location for Nerd Crew.
Objectives:
- Create an open community of technical minded enthusiasts to create, share, learn, and collaborate
- Provide network, systems, and security experience, knowledge, and solutions in a system and network-diverse environment
- Protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and information systems
- Assist individuals and other groups that share similar objectives
- Learn and experience, mentor and share
